You taught me to be brave. In the face of adversity you taught me to stand tall and call upon my inner strength. You taught me to believe in myself and listen to my heart. But somewhere along the pathway of life I forgot my inner strength. My courageous spirit took a back seat and let life pass by my door.

The strength and truth you taught me is all I need to remember. It is all within me.

The fortitude and resilience thats innate from being born and brought up in a third world country are my stepping stone to life.

Respect! Compassion! Humbleness. Strength of character. Will-power. Empathy.
